Here's a fun sample illustration for my portfolio. Everyone loves Mecha and Kaiju monsters, I know I do. This is part of a larger personal project actually which, I may yet to reveal soon given more free time, though I am looking out for a full time position these days btw *wink nudge*

Went through many variations some with laser eyes shooting across, cutting tails, flipping compositions, some with burning trees and a more darker Michael Bay vibe. I wanted the juxtaposition of a calm Miyazaki type feel but obviously with two giant dudes tussling. Question is, who's the good guy who's the bad guy? Is it power rangers? Hm, you'll just have to find out with my next uploads.
