This is a concept for a boss character that produces the generic peon goons my main characters battle in Project Henshin. It also acts as a walking tank that can wreck havoc in the city while digesting civilians and "producing" more enemies on the spot. Think sorta like the Alien Queen laying eggs everywhere. Another inspiration comes from the fluidly animated creatures from Miyazaki movies as well. You could imagine this monster creepily crawling down the street grabbing people up.
