Every show has a villain, and every villain has henchmen, lackeys, goons, or cronies. These are the "putties" of Project Henshin. Armies of these guys are thrown at the heroes. They are mass produced by the Goon Boss which "poops" them out as it devours dead astronauts and civilians processing them into mindless husks.
